Brand identity, stationery and marketing materials for ‘The Licensing Experts’, a new licensing advise company.

Image 1 The logo plays on the idea of drinking establishments being a long-standing traditional business, but with a friendly and fun edge. The logo needed to encompass both the name of the company with both the proprietor’s name and their website URL. To achieve this I created a ribbon banner that sat behind the main logotype and contained parts of the logo with the main typeface lifted off of the banner and given a 3D treatment.

For the stationery (Image 2) I took inspiration from scans of original 1950s American business letterheads which often used shapes as demarcation. This inspiration was also followed through to the promotional flyer which played with the direct style and type used in American advertising campaigns.
